Terms of Return and Refund Policy for Book Sales
State of Return
Physical books must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, or markings. For damaged or defective books received upon delivery, please provide proof (e.g., a photo) when requesting a return.
Reason for Return
Returns are accepted for physical books that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Digital book sales (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundableunless there is a technical issue preventing access.
Process for Return
To start a return, contact us at Julie@jarichmond.comwith your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.
Process of Refund
Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method within 14-21 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
